Directs all aspects of manufacturing in the plant including but not limited to people, process procedures and facility maintenance in a safe and efficient manner. The focus in this role is to exceed the customer and company requirements for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Preventative Maintenance and Housekeeping. Manages the activities of the assigned supervisors with respect to production volume, cost, quality, production schedules and delivery dates, coordinates with other departments to establish production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production capabilities, performs routine employee evaluations and recommendations effecting employment and advancement, assure the proper training and evaluation of all new production personnel.
